Just a suggestion, nothing more.

Nexopia (www.nexopia.com) has IMO the best forum design.
Its simple, easy to navigate and looks pretty

Just go to the website and take a look at their forums

Just thinking its a good model if this site really takes off

This forum layout is just a random backup that I dragged out.

I'd need to pay webhosting for a true server, while backups are free.
